Your Newsletters certainly remind me of the two trips I have taken to the Amalfi coast and up north towards Portofino etc. I love the stories you put out and the yearning to travel again arises. Hopefully this year or next
Love the inclusion of the Sara Teasdale poem. I often turn to my ancient copy of her love poetry and this one is a favourite. As is beautiful Amalfi . I long to return.
That's a great question! I am sure I'll be back in Rome to visit friends who are moving there. I'd love to meet up! On my love to see list: Orvieto for sure. I'd like to explore Benevento, Avellino and the wine area of internal Campania. The Certosa di Padula. And more time in the Cilento!

Thanks Shakeel! I do hope it'll inspire you to come back to Italy one day.
Those mosaics!! Wow 🤩
Just incredible! The detail and the color especially.

Thanks Leacy! I love that you have a copy of her love poetry. I have been poking around trying to find an old copy to buy. Digital just doesn't do it!
I absolutely love all that you share from Amalfi! ❤️
Thank you Charlotte!
Morning walks wherever we live are my happy place!
Mine too! It's just taken me entirely too long to get around to doing it here. This morning was a rather exhilarating walk in the rain!
How beautiful! You had the place to yourself.
It does feel that way early in the morning!
Will be in Atrani 2nd week of February...1st time over the pond for me to celebrate my birthday...So looking forward to exploring : )
Lovely! My first visit to the Amalfi Coast was at the end of February way back in 2007. I will be hoping for beautiful weather for your birthday trip!
Thanks for the shoutout! I'd love to know where in Italy you want to travel in 2023!

Let me know when you come to Rome and we can meet up for an aperitivo or something!
Absolutely! I would love that. Hopefully early spring I'll be up to Rome again.
