I have stage 4 Cancer in my bones. I continue to fight each day. My goal is to get to travel to Italy to as many places as possible that you discuss and show us in my your newsletter!! What you write about and show us particularly in the Amalfi coastal area and surrounding islands makes my heart so happy. If I could visit, those wonderful experiences would live on in my mind and heart as long as I live. Please consider me for this opportunity. Until then I will celebrate each sunrise and sunset I am able to see!!

Your newsletter writings and photos fascinate me to visit the Amalfi coastal area in the time left in my life.

Would you be so kind as to post the recipe for chiachaterre?

Such a lovely reflection Laura and I am left imagining you figuring yourself to yourself walking along the beach. I tried to imagine you with a moody Amalfi coast in the backdrop à la Diefenback but can't. I only see sun! The quote you pulled from Macfarlane from Václav Cílek spoke to me “A place within a landscape corresponds to a place within the heart.” I feel this when I am walking along the Appia Antica. Wishing you much rest and renewal this February.
